Cook from: Frozen

Cooking time: 300g: Oven: 25-30 minutes; microwave: 4-5 minutes; air fryer: 15-18 minutes. 600g: Oven: 35-40 minutes; microwave: 7-9 minutes; air fryer: 22-26 minutes.

Serving suggestion

Serve piping hot alongside roast beef, pork, poultry, lamb or a vegetarian roast.

Chef’s tip

For lightly caramelised edges, finish uncovered in a hot oven for the final 5 minutes and turn the carrots once in the maple glaze.

Once defrosted or opened, keep refrigerated at 0-5°C and consume within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.

Shelf life: 12 months from date of manufacture when stored at -18°C or below.

Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Defrosting: 

No defrosting required; cook from frozen. If accidentally defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze.
